Refund Policy

At TRD Media, we strive to provide our clients with high-quality services and exceptional customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, we offer a refund under the following circumstances:

Service Discrepancy: If the services provided by TRD Media do not meet the specifications outlined in the client agreement or fail to achieve the agreed-upon objectives, clients may be eligible for a refund. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within [5 to 10] days of the service delivery date.

2. Payment Errors: In the event of payment processing errors, such as duplicate charges or overpayments, clients are entitled to a full refund of the excess amount. Clients must notify TRD Media of any payment errors within [5 to 10] days of the transaction date.

3. Cancelled Services: Clients who wish to cancel their services with TRD Media may be eligible for a refund of any prepaid, unused service fees. Requests for cancellations and refunds must be submitted in writing and are subject to the terms outlined in the client agreement.

4. Refund Processing: All refund requests will be reviewed by TRD Media on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within [5 to 10 days] business days of approval. TRD Media reserves the right to withhold refunds for services that have been partially or fully rendered.
